Dezeen Showroom: designed to give a cohesive look across smart home controls, the F100 switches and sockets feature manufacturer Gira‘s largest operating surface for clarity and ease of use.

The F100 range of switches and sockets feature a square frame with a button or control pad that fills nearly the entire internal space.

The switches can perform more than 200 possible functions, including controlling the blinds or heating, and they can also be integrated into door communication systems.

Made of halogen-free thermoplastic, the switches are impact- and shatter-resistant, and their high-gloss white finish is easy to clean and maintain.

The F100 series is also splash-proof, making the switches suitable for use in bathrooms and kitchens, and they can also be installed horizontally or vertically depending on preference.

“The current facelift of the Gira F100 switches and socket outlets combines design modernisation with clear, timeless elegance, making them a perfect fit for modern living environments,” said Gira.
