    Named Hand in Hand House, the cluster of six interconnected cottages are set on a terrace in Karuizawa, central Japan.

    The project captivated commenters, with one remarking, “Japanese modern home architecture is far ahead of any other country”, while another described it as “fun and frivolous”.
