    Dezeen Showroom: a modular seat that can be deconstructed into children‘s play apparatus is among eight new products featured on Dezeen Showroom.

    Flipster seat by Wigiwama

    Four individual upholstered components informed by Bauhaus design principles combine in this multipurpose seat by Latvian brand Wigiwama.

    The Flipster seat can be used as low chair, deconstructed to be used as a lounger or further taken apart for use in fort building or other types of imaginative play.

    Flipster was recently featured on Dezeen Showroom alongside an series of door handles informed by Art Deco design and a stainless steel sink that has add-on accessories that make it multipurpose.

    H04 Pull Handle Long by Civilian for Bankston Architectural

    Hemispherical-topped nubs joined by parallel lengths of metal form this handle designed by US studio Civilian for Australian hardware brand Bankston Architectural.

    H04 Pull Handle Long comes in a myriad of stone and metal options to allow for customisation, and can be affixed to both doors and cabinet fronts.

    Luz fabric by Texstyle

    Danish brand Texstyle has released a material that is as soft as an indoor fabric but as durable and hardwearing as a textile for outdoor use.

    Luz fabric comes in a selection of muted colours and is water repellent as well as UV resistant despite its soft texture, making it suitable for upholstering outdoor furniture.

    Cutting boards, fold-up drying racks and boards with removable colanders and mixing bowls sit flush with the edge of US manufacturer Ruvati‘s Workstation sinks.

    The stainless steel sinks aim to make the area multipurpose by adding two inner lipped edges upon which various accessories can be placed.

    Catena modular lighting by Form Us With Love for Blond

    Swedish design studio Form Us With Love worked with lighting brand Blond on a modular lighting system based on tube-shaped lighting fixtures.

    The tubes that make up Catena modular lighting can be held by wall-mounted, standing and and ceiling-hung bases and frames – all made from aluminium – with the option to encase them in tubular mesh shades.

    Acoustics brand Autex Acoustics worked with designer Emma Hayes to create a range of wall coverings that look like large-scale paintings.

    Acoustic textiles come in four distinctive patterns and colourways, all of which help to dampen sound in interiors, soothing both the eyes and ears.

    Pico lounge chair by Fogia

    The result of a collaboration between Swedish brand Fogia and designer Andreas Engesvik, the Pico lounge chair provides a capacious seat within a small, slender frame.

    A pair of slouchy, thickly-stuffed pillows form the seat and backrest, in contrast with a dainty frame made from tubular steel.
