Talk Talk rugs by Jaime Hayon for Nanimarquina
Abstracted human faces crop up frequently in the work of artist Jaime Hayon. The artist’s motif is now the basis for a woollen rug produced by Spanish design brand Nanimarquina in collaboration with Hayon.
Talk Talk rugs come in three muted colourways and multiple size options, which can be used alone or in groups that appear to converse with one another.
The rugs were recently featured on Dezeen Showroom alongside a chair that has a seat made from lengths of upcycled fire hoses and a rereleased 1970s sofa designed after a type of fruit.

The Eiger garden chair‘s distinctive taut strap seat comes in Red, Stone and Green colourways, which originally corresponded to their diameter when used in fire fighting.
Lanes acoustic system by Autex Acoustics
Acoustic solutions brand Autex Acoustics has released a series of wall-mounted panels that create visual interest while controlling noise levels.
Lanes acoustic system comes in three styles – Peak, Plane and Sawtooth – all of which are made from 100 per cent compressed polyester fibre and available in various colourways.
Silver Stream Stratos Finish by Antolini
Italian company Antolini has applied a three dimensional pinstriped texture to its richly-veined Silver Stream marble.
Silver Stream Stratos Finish contrasts the naturally occurring striation of the stone with dead-straight, machine-carved texture to create a dramatic finish for interiors.

Autex Acoustics’ Cube acoustic panels have a mottled surface that recalls the appearance of woollen textiles, thanks to its compressed felt materiality.

Originally released 20 years ago, the parasol has overlapping paddles that open like a fan. Its pole can now be affixed with a circular pouf seat or small round table for additional functionality.

Rounded seats with segmented detailing characterise the iconic Pumpkin chair by French designer Pierre Paulin.
Originally released in the 1970s, the chair has been rereleased by furniture company Ligne Roset and is available in various neutral or vivid colourways.
Madison chair by Eugeni Quitllet for Vondom
Spanish brand Vondom worked with Catalan designer Eugeni Quitllet on a series of outdoor dining chairs informed by the culture and built environment of New York City.
Users can choose between four frame colourways for the Madison chair as well as four seat and backrest options.
Insula modular sofa by Patricia Urquiola for Kettal
Traditional Arab majli sitting rooms were the basis for this modular seating system by architect and designer Patricia Urquiola for Spanish brand Kettal.
The Insula modular sofa consists of a rounded, chunky base topped with low, thick cushions that come in multiple colourways for both the aluminium base and upholstery.
Faro mixer taps by Cristina Rubinetterie
A stacked series of cylindrical forms comprise this tap system by Italian bathroom accessories brand Cristina Rubinetterie.
Faro mixer taps come in various metallic finishes and in a variety of formats, from floor-mounted fixtures combined with an integrated shower hose to countertop fixtures.
Grid ceiling tiles by Autex Acoustics
Autex Acoustics’ Grid ceiling tiles were designed to be compatible with the typical dropped ceilings commonly found in mixed-use interiors and offices spaces.
Users can choose between Frame, Linear, Hatch, Angle, Louvre, Vault and Vertex styles, all of which are available in a range of colourways.
