Dezeen Showroom: as part of its Terrae tile collection, Italian brand Casalgrande Padana has released a porcelain stoneware tile rendered in earthy beige and brown tones.

Inspired by hues found in nature, the Terrae collection consists of six colour options, including a rich brown Caramel shade.

The tiles aim to reference the colours of nature

The tiles are available in a range of thicknesses, sizes and tactile finishes, including natural and grip surfaces to enhance their natural appearance and suit a range of interior and exterior spaces.

They can be further customised with various geometric patterns to create unique patchwork effects, with mosaic, tesserae and canneté ribbed decoration available.

With Bios Ceramics technology available upon request, the collection is eco-compatible, non-allergenic, fire-resistant, antibacterial and self-cleaning, reflecting the brand’s sustainability principles.

The tiles are durable and maintain their characteristics over time, whilst also being easy to lay and clean, according to Casalgrande Padana.
