This year’s winners reflect a powerful shift in architectural thinking—one that embraces local craftsmanship, regional materials and innovative detailing to address global challenges through grounded, meaningful design. As juror Ismail Seleit observed, “This year’s finalists exemplified an emerging ethos: architecture not as a monumental statement, but as a sensitive response to context, material authenticity and the rhythms of daily life.”

From low-tech thermal mass strategies and daylight optimization to carefully refined joints and junctions, the winners reflect an industry-wide return to fundamentals — where material intelligence and environmental sensitivity act as seeds for creative design.

In an era where timelessness is key, these works prove that architecture’s power resides not just in bold gestures, but in the depth of thought behind every junction, material choice, and spatial experience.”
