The latest edition of our Dezeen Debate newsletter features the renovation of the Grade II-listed The Wool Hall in Somerset, UK. Subscribe to Dezeen Debate now.

London practice Tuckey Design Studio converted the building into a home and recording studio that celebrates its history as an “outlet for craft and musical production”.

Readers commended the renovation, with one calling it a “really fine, gentle piece of restoration, preservation and rehabilitation of the worthy part of the history”, and another describing it as a “gorgeous next chapter for this structure”.
