Dezeen Showroom: porcelain textures are combined with natural earthy hues in the Terrae collection by Italian tile maker Casalgrande Padana, which includes a cool-toned Beige colourway.

The Terrae collection comprises six colours drawn from shades found in nature, including the subtle, grey-toned Beige.

With a choice of various thicknesses, sizes and surfaces as well as geometric patterns, the tiles are suitable for both indoor and outdoor spaces, according to Casalgrande Padana.

The Beige tile is also available with an anti-slip surface for laying outdoor paths and walkways, and can either be glued, screened or laid directly on turf, gravel or sand.
