The latest edition of our Dezeen Debate newsletter features a University of Oxford college building by David Kohn Architects. Subscribe to Dezeen Debate now.

London studio David Kohn Architects designed a curvaceous stone building, housing both student accommodation and office spaces, as part of the Gradel Quadrangles expansion at the University of Oxford‘s New College.

Commenters, captivated by its design, engaged in a heated debate over the building, with one describing it as “an instant classic” and another remarking, “When Gaudi meets Harry Potter.”
