    The latest edition of our Dezeen Debate newsletter features proposals for the Queen Elizabeth II memorial, which readers described as “mediocre”. Subscribe to Dezeen Debate now.

    Foster + Partners, Heatherwick Studio and WilkinsonEyre‘s proposals for a memorial to Queen Elizabeth II near Buckingham Palace in London have been revealed.

    Readers didn’t rate the design concepts, with one commenting, “what a mediocre bunch of designs from the so-called great and good of architecture”, while another stated, “Heatherwick would be the leading horse, based on the effort so far”.
