Promotion: Italian design brand Effe has launched a collection of spa cubicles named Logica Plus, which feature separate spaces for a sauna and hammam.
Logica Plus has a rectangular sand-toned aluminium frame that contains two spa rooms separated by a central divider with a large window.
One room contains a sauna lined with aspen heat-treated wood, while the other contains a porcelain-clad hammam, also known as a Turkish bath.
Effe designed Logica Plus to embody a sense of conviviality and encourage relaxation and social interaction.
Benches and a mirror on the back walls of the sauna and hammam were fitted to the same heights, intending to unify the two spaces.
“The key concept of the project is conviviality, a notion traditionally associated with saunas and Turkish baths, which were originally designed as places for health, relaxation and social interaction,” said Effe.
“This sense of continuity between the two wellness experiences is the defining feature of the design, starting with the choice to separate the two areas with a clear glass wall,” the brand continued.
“This solution visually connects the spaces, enhancing the feeling of openness and communication.”
Logica Plus is available in different configurations to suit different needs, including a compact version named Mid and the S+H iteration, which features a shower in the hammam space and glazed front walls.
A version named Spa has a shower fixed to the exterior and its structural frame extends beyond the treatment rooms to form an open entrance zone, which can be customised with vertical wooden slats to give added privacy.
As part of this year’s Salone del Mobile at Hall 22 stand B11 – B15, Effe presents a simulation of a “perfect spa”, which showcases the brand’s custom design offering.
Founded in 1987, the brand manufactures a range of spa products to provide wellness space for both private and public settings.
