Merry Christmas, friends! Welcome! This is my 17th year (!) sharing our home(s) at Christmas with my friends on the internet. If anyone had told me in the years prior that this would be a thing I could do I wouldn’t have believed it, but for sure would’ve been thrilled. It’s been such a delight to have found so many kindred spirits who share a love of creating a home in every season.

I always try to keep our Christmas decor fairly simple, but I do enjoy adding greenery, lights and a bit of whimsy and nostalgia. I often use what I have! Our window candles and hanging stars really have been our favorite decorating tradition in this house. This year we tried something a little different with our tree, which comes as a surprise to many with all of my thoughts on arranging the living room and where to put the tree over the past couple of years, ha! But it works so well with our smaller living room and with many small babies and dogs, so it might become a new tradition. We’ll see!

I get a little carried away with photos every year, so there’s tons of them in this post! 🙂 I will be back in a few days with our Christmas video!

For your convenience I’ll list some sources below photos throughout and more sources at the end. Not finding something? You can also always find sources on my LTK here (easily shop sources from each photo and use the search bar on my profile to find what you’re looking for! You don’t have to get the app to find links, but if you do get the app it’s really handy!). You can also leave a comment on this post with any questions.

In just a couple of days we’ll have all of our children and BOTH of our new grandbabies here, I’m SO EXCITED to make new memories with them. I can’t wait to slow down and savor the true meaning of Christmas with the people we love.

Thank you for always being so kind, gracious and supportive of our adventures with our home, The Inspired Room and our family, too. It means so much to us! Merry Christmas to all!
